A 50% cancellation fee will be charged if an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment AND/OR for no-shows. REGULAR POLICIES: Prep: Please arrive with no makeup and clean lashes so we can start the service at your scheduled time. **IF YOU WEAR CONTACTS PLEASE REMOVE THEM PRIOR TO ANY LASH SERVICE. Booking Policy: All appointments must be booked through my online booking site: mellolash.glossgenius.com If you are unable to find an available appointment time, please DM me on Instagram and I will do my best to accommodate you. Retainer Fee Policy: All services require a $25 non-refundable retainer fee at the time of booking. This retainer is applied toward the total cost of your service. Retainer fees are non-refundable and will be forfeited in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. Late Policy: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled at my discretion and may be subject to the 50% cancellation fee. Late arrivals may also result in a shortened service time to avoid impacting other scheduled clients. Cancellation/ No Show Policy: No shows and cancellations within 24 hours will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Guest Policy: For safety, sanitation, and relaxation purposes, no additional guests are permitted during your appointment. Lash Warranty: If more than 40% of lash extensions are lost within 48 hours of your appointment, please notify me within 48 hours so the issue can be assessed. This warranty does not apply to issues caused by improper aftercare, lifestyle factors, or failure to follow post-service instructions. Refunds: All services are final. No refunds are provided. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact me within 48 hours so we can discuss possible solutions or adjustments when appropriate. Fills: To qualify for a fill appointment, clients must have 40% or more of their lash extensions remaining. If less than 40% remains, the appointment will be considered a full set. Foreign Fills: Foreign fills refer to filling lash extensions applied by another artist or salon. Results are not guaranteed. Additional time or correction work may be required. Foreign fills include an additional $25 fee. A full or partial removal may be recommended if lash health or safety is compromised.
